Bad service

Early in June I did e reversal of my money R129.00..

Then on the 17th June they debited R129.00... on the 23 June I also made a payment of R130...

I was on call with someone who said she has fixed it but to no avail , now when I check on whatspp they say I owe R190.00 ...

It was supposed to be fixed because

I have the smallest package and showmax but I still can't access that the time is 16:48 ...

This is so boring , whats going on at DSTV someone was on the line with me helping me but suddenly they drop the call for a whole 30 minutes we have been speaking between 3 - 3:34 25/06/2025 called from a landline *** . I want to cancell all of this . Please do refund me my R130.00 then we are done Yhooooo *** service shame

I'm truly disturbed with how you guys are doing things - you are now talking about me owing R190.00 that is impossible for the past3+ years you have always debited my account without fail .
Money was debited in may 15th May 2025 - R 129.00 ( debit)12th June 2025 - i reversed R129.00( reversal )17th June 2025 - R 129.00 ( Debit)23rd June 2025 - R 130.00 ( Payment)
There is nothing outstanding, no one is owing anything .. can i please get someone to contact me to fix my account and link them correctly NP Melani***
