Bad service

Here I am again. Service delivery is a zero at Multichoice. I changed package to easyview after complaining in hello peter. Now I cancelled my insurance and received a confirmation email. Today, when I checked, my amount due was R178. I sold my decoder today and I am not wasting a single cent more on DSTV. Their call centres are useless, so could you please facilitate so that I can just cancel everything as it is a prepaid service? I really cannot deal with their bad service anymore. Tel no ***.
