Bad service

I am so disgusted with Multichoice, this company decided to upgrade me to compact without my consent i contact them to downgrade me, hoping they did. I continue to pay for the lower package, then they decided to disconnect me. When i ask, the consultant confirmed they upgraded me without my consent. Now I have to ask them to reconnect me, why didn't they just downgrade me. Bad bad service
