Bad service

I'm very disappointed with Multichoice yesterday I called in with a simple request to swap my decorders around one which was a primary to swap to a secondary. Now my decorders are not playing and they showing error code E16. I've been online with them since yesterday trying to correct the errors. I have already spent R200.00 on my bill trying to communicate with them on line and what is irritating is that when your call is disconnected they don't call you back to assist. Can someone from multichoice who know what they doing give me a call on ***. My account is always up-to-date with them to get such a terrible service. my account is ***3.
