Bad serrvices ever in my life

I wrote to hello peter on Monday the 1st of June regarding the refund from my overpayment mistake on EFT, the reason why I went to hellopetter was that i was thinking that i will get help after multichoice failed to refund me back, so the person by the name of Edward Nhlapo called me from the complains department and told me he is going to fix my problem within 48 hours and rhat was on tuesday, Friday i called multichoice again and was rold different srory that the money will be in my accounr Surtuday which was yesterday, am soo suprised that till today I do not my refund, so painful I never payed the rent and my kids does not have food.
