Bad robbing service

I'm on dstv compact when I checked my balance was R496 i called and enquired how come my compact amount due is R496 they said I am paying the errors and being penalised for paying before my due date like for real wich company or organisation charge people for paying in advance this doesn't make sense it is **************** to consumers.n I was told I'll receive a call within 24 hours for my query to be resolved now it's been three days I ddnt recieve any call.multichoice is robbing consumers everyday and their service is very very poor now than they got a lot of clients this should stop I wont pay that much for compact never.
