Bad ridiculous service
I had a bad customer service from luthando Duma on online chat service. This person greeted me and after that kept silent for 30 minutes without saying anything. This is bad because the account is paid and services are off. My acc is ***3, and after that she ended our chat, after saying I will report her to Marlon Sampson the head of customer service
