Bad Quality glitching picture with artifacts most of the time

We pay for dstv full package with Stream R970 for the sport. Why is the streaming Quality of Rugby and other sport channels so bad. It's Ridiculous, sub par Quality glitching streams. Overseas pirate sites have better streaming Quality then the Dstv Im paying.
