Bad poor service

This company their service is bad its been a month now not getting help with internet connection when you call them they transfer you to internet department you will hold for morethan 45min and i use airtime to call them since 3rd of August until today I cant get hold to internet department.poor service indeed and what.makes me sick is they will never call you back.This company is robbing us 😭😭
