Bad poor customer service

I am totally unhappy with multichoice last I was ratting them 100 out of 100 today I am giving them zero because they are *********** I called them then I spoke to a lady who advised that I should pay R434.50 on the 29th then thereafter they must change my dish to 105 from the compact of which they did suddenly after 3 days the dish is having problems its not working I called them it was fixed after 3 days it stopped again i called them then they fixed it and was told that they will escalate the matter to sum department now its off they are telling me a lot of Stories

i have been calling and calling for more than 7 times now

No this is totally unacceptable
