Bad picture quality on Dstv

For a few months now I am having a problem with DSTV streaming. The picture quality is poor, often blurred and then comes right for a short while, then back to a blurry picture and so on. Today I cannot get a picture, just sound, but the adverts have a picture.

I have tested by using YouTube, perfect picture but when returning to DStv, bad picture quality.

For the high cost of DStv this is not acceptable.

Please sort out your problems. I know that there have been issues with the cable recently but this does not explain the differences between DStv and a YouTube.
