Bad organisation representation

The reason I write this review is due to an encounter with a multichoice employee. I was on my way to work, when I stopped at the robot on braam fischer, intending to turn right (on my way to sandton). Unknown to me, I had crossed the pedestrian crossing line. This employee, wearing glasses and a blue shirt with black pants, (looks like he would be in the IT or technical department) , walks up to my car abruptly and first takes a glance at me, then gestures to his head implying I have no brains (this came across strongly racial to me). He went on to further tell me that I bought my licence and am I stupid can I not see that it is a pedestrian line and I should stop behind it. Now, if you work for any corporate or major organisation, the way you conduct yourself is really important as you are a reprisentitive of that organisation. Now, whenever I think of Multi choice, I'll think of this bloke and the experience I had with him. So obviously this is bad reputation right If Multi choice do wish to investigate or look further into this, it occurred this morning, 22-01-2019 between 7:10am to 7:35am on bramficher (on the corner turning left towards William nicol)
