Bad/no service
We paid a year's subscription in advance nd R8800 later, the service is suspended daily nd no one takes accountability. The gave us new decoders that dont work nd now expect us 2 pay a call out fee. Every morning we call nd are promised that the matter will be resolved and nothing happens...
