Bad manners

About a year ago i was locked into a 24 month contract, to start i was told disney was included but it never was. Today i get a very rude man call me and say i have to get a new decoder as mine is outdated and on top of it pay extra R250 pm over and above the very cray amount i already pay. I told him that is impossible and he continued to tell me that i then need to buy one cash. I asked him for his name a few times and he wouldn't give it to me. He then said he is john. I asked john who and he said john smith. It is very clear he is not john smith. So he **** and he tried to force cell me something. I wish i never had this contract because it ridiculous how much one pays and the gets this treatment after over 20 yrs of being a client
