BAD *********** SERVICE
The DSTV offices in Umhlanga are a joke the queues are over an hour-long, had to stand in the wind and rain with no staff help. How are we suppose to swop the decoder if we can't even get in the office? I have to do a 50km round trip to get there. Do you have any offices between Westville and Hillcrest in Dbn? Sick of this attitude you guys have, all your services are shocking, your website is useless the WhatsApp is pathetic. Everything is aimed more at getting us to pay more than help a customer.
