Bad Free Movie

So I was granted a free movie from BoxOffice and attempted to view on the 13th June. I eventually received an sms on the 14th June stating the movie was loaded. Unfortunately i could only view on the 18th but I was then charged for the movie! I contacted Multichoice chatline and what transpired was not short of a Joke. I have copied the interaction which makes interesting reading. I was told that the matter would be escalated as she could not grant a reversal. I requested an email to this effect which has quite predictably not yet arrived. Another case was extremely bad service but hey that's to be expected from this bunch. Needless to say, I will never request a movie from them again.
