DSTV have a way of ripping people's money, after making 100 calls from them regarding the promotion that they offer me since from September 2019 I'm still waiting even today according to their massage they said (remember to move to DSTV family for only R265 by the 03rd of October will then step up to DSTV compact for a month for you with no extra costs. which I did... come October I didn't get anything as promised I made 100 numerals calls with no luck from agent they even added up dropping the lines .. I even spoke to Team leaders which one of them ended up saying he wont call me back after the 10th call cut.... one of the T/Ls ended up confirming that it will be on the 01 Nov 2019. I let every go. today is the 04 of November I call the call centre again I spoke to Anelisa as usual she drop the line after being put on hold for more 30 minutes. I called again spoke to Jean which she manage to referred the call to T/L Sholeen please let S.A know that DSTV is not helping anymore they are busy committing ***** everyday due to incorrect information that they are busy giving their costumers. of all this lies that I got from them I want all my money they mislead me by upgrading for nothing I want all my money from them even if is R2 I want it is mine I want this matter to be resolve ASAP Kind regards Hlekani ***
