Bad experience with ***** on my Multichoice account.

I downgraded my MultiChoice account in January. In February a *****ster phoned and liked various cards to my account. The e-mail account and phone number was also changed. It seems like there is no security and anybody can change and link smart cards to your account. This was done without any identification. The money was deducted with a debitorder, more than R6000. I noticed this too late.
