)Bad experience with DSTV (Cancel Subscription)

Multichoice kept charging me for an extra view but I only have 1 decoder with them and only 1 tv in the house. you check your balance on the whatsapp it gives you a different amount from the one you see on the dstv app, you call in they give you a different amount. I have decided to cancel my subscription because I cannot trust them they put me on compact but they charged me for compact plus. Imagine I have been paying for the one decoder for years and suddenly without my consent I have an extra view.
