Bad experience

30 min on the phone trying to get assistance from a Super loud and screaming call centre background ,not event the advisor could hear me clearly,got transferred without evening explanation or goodbuy and I am not closer to am answer. Not even a TM on the floor. DSTV,...good luck ..and your asking why you're loosing clients ...
