Bad experience and very unreliable

On the 15/08/2026 the cashier by the name of Hlengiwe Sibisi made double payment in my dstv account at Checkers East Rand Mall,as a result she told me to contact dstv as she couldn't help me with that. On the 16/08/2026 I spoke to an urgent by the name of Tokollo through WhatsApp channel requesting for the refund from dstv. The urgent requested my proof of banking details,id copy and proof of payment and I submitted all. He/she confirmed that my payment will be made within 7-14 working turn around time.

Today I spoke to an urgent by the name of Lesego who informed me that "please note that the funds are as credit in my dstv accounts" and I must resubmit. Meaning from today I will have to wait another 7-14 working days of which is going to fall I into full month by then. This is just unacceptable and a service provider who doesn't care about their customers rather as long as there is money in their account. This tym I am done with the Dstv, I had enough unsatisfying experience with them and these is where it stops. This lots of apologize won't fix anything, either than bringing a person to more financial strains.
