bad experience

Hi, I’m very disappointed with DStv explora, it’s not working since for the past 2 days it is stuck on loading. I called the customer care centre and I tried everything they told me but still it’s not playing. They adviced me to take it to nearest Agency which i did this morning. They told me the warranty expired therefore there is nothing they can do (it’s a factory fault) what i have to do is to buy another one. I don’t understand why I have to buy another whereas it’s not my problem, I can’t keep on buying decoder every year.
