On gumtree a DStv explora the guy did give me he's copy of.id he did fill in the change of ownership papers and so.did I then after I emailed it to you guys I was told you can't help.me.becz the guy has a outstanding balance on.hes Account now I wanted to know what must I do because I did buy the decoder form the guy cash on gumtree and now I been trying to get ahold of the guy but he changed he's number so.now.im.siting with a decoder that you guys won't help.me with becz this guy has a outstanding balance please help.and tell.me.what to do because I stll have a all the documents both mine and he's copy of I'd and the change of ownership papers I really have no idea what to do
