BAD DSTV SERVICE

I don't know what is happening with multichoice after a long wait for my DStv internet to be delivered I finally got it on Monday 28 then I have done everything I was told to do and done payments however I still cannot connect today I was told that ( Kindly note that your query has to be escalated as the system has not created an internet account for you, hence you are getting that error. AND I AM TOLD TO WAIT FOR ABOUT 24HRS - 48HOURS TO GET THIS SORTED -----THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE THAT THE SYSTEM DIDNT GENERATE ANYTHING ANOTHER DAY WITH NO INTERNET BUT I HAVE PAID FOR IT AND I WONT BE COVERED FOR ALL THESE DAYS WAISTED
