Bad Dstv service

Dstv service is very bad and their customer care centre is very unprofessional. I hired a box office movie from them and payment was made from my side and i never received the movie. Tried endlessly to contact their call centre and after a few days of trying eventually reached them i was told that the movie a payed for i can not watch because its to available to me anymore and that i tool to long to let them know that i did not receive the movie so long story short bad service from dstv always the same shows and movies playing and customer care is pathetic.
