Bad dstv service

Well id love to have dstv its just i dont get call backs... I have app**** online... Even on facebook i have complained was told to messanger my details and then i get a reply saying they will get back to me as soon as they have feedback... All i want is the family package with price lock for 99rand a month with the family package being 260 something... Its been 2 weeks no phone call... Poor poor service... So sad
