BAD DSTV NOW SERVICE

after 5 complaints on the DSTV now live chat my query is still not resolved. they often so ever dont upload the kyknet channel's 144 on the catchup platform, what may the reason be - maybe because it is Afrikaans ???? keep on advising me that they will escalate it , which most certainly did not happend
