Bad DSTV experience

Atrocious experience! As a first time customer, I would have expected better treatment. From subscription to getting my service (which is still blocked, by the way), I regret having signed up for a 12 month contract and will be taking it to the CGSO and NCC whilst canceling it.

Three days of false promises through their dysfunctional call centre and two emails later, I'm done
