Bad DSTV Accounting

Cancelled a contract *** on 2Feb22 and paid R180 cancellation fee. leaving me with a credit of R34. Was debited R259 on 1Feb for month of Feb22. 1 Mar Get debited with R509. Complained They said would reverse. They did not so got my bank to reverse. Despite phone calls no action taken. Now getting a debt collector demanding I pay an amount R189 outstanding. Seems they have no-one who knows how to correct their account
