Bad dstv

My name is Shanney. I paid by mistake to much money for my dstv. I always pay R1004.00.I paid R10004. I went to N1 dstv filled in forms went to capitec. Multichoice said in 3 days I will get my money back. It's day 4 today and I'm still waiting. I need my money.
