Bad custumer service

My Dadelik re new his price lock contract with Dstv .A decoder was deliverd to us vir it was the incorect decoder. Since min dat U have been thing to aranges that the incorect decoder must be deliverd but no one bothers to call back I have be phoning every day an get told it ha be esculayed but no one call I even requst a manager to call but still ni call
