Bad customers services

<p>I called dstv for simple thing to find out if I can trade in my old decoder for a new one and the consultant that was helping me was very very very rude on the other side, worst part I asked her for her name and she ask me it because she is unhelpful I said yes and she said no I ask to speak to her managers and she put me on hold until I decide to drop the phone which was 10 minutes later. I mean I'm a customer to dstv and then you get this services is it because you guys know that we need your service in order to watch our favourite shows that is very uncalled for. Bad customers from your customer care services m if customers service treat us like this where to we go for help then.</p>
