Bad customer serviceb

I called after I saw an adverti*****t on a compact plus for R460. I spoke to a lady called Cleopatra Ndlovu. When enquiring she informed me I can't get that package at that price as I need to have received a text message for that premium. She told me I have 3 insurances on my dstv, the more I told her I have only 2 decoders, she told me the customer I was rude. If a client needs answers and I have a right to know and I'm told to be rude, really? This is my money we talking about.
