Bad Customer service, useless customer support systems
I ordered and paid for a black Friday PVR decoder special . When I check my profile I cannot locate the order . Payment of R1500.00 went through . There is nothing on their order history. DSTV is useless , they do not have systems to support their business . Such a big organisation and this is the reason of hiring unqualified IT people. How can an order disappear on order history
