Bad customer service sad

Dtsv cut my account due to short payments however my payments was made in full every month call to query the issue the customer service doesn't know what they are doing don't even know how are they employed there... They kept me for 25 minutes on the line holding an then drops the line called back numberis times agent kept doing the same thing dropping the call but not dealing with my issue they attitude stinked ask to speak to a manganger agent rufused to as well as to give her full name an surmane ane where she was calling from or employee code. Guys u need to start recuriting people who is good at customer severice knowing product knowledge the reason why dstv doesn't care about there customers because you don't have anyone to compete with that's why you over charge for your packages and still give ****py customer service when we good paying customers
