Bad customer service regarding error code e143

Faith kastens here I am very frustrated with multi choice I call the call centre each and everyday regarding to clear the E143 error it only goes away for about 10min then it starts again..I was told to call a technician the technician came and had a look at the cablings but everything seems to be fine.. I have wasted my time and money for the past week regarding the same problem but without any help... I am very disappointed with you guys
