BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ... REFUND NOT PROCESSED TWO WEEKS LATER

I had a 24 months contract with them, for R522 everymonth, the last month which was was October they debited R750, i disputed that from the 5th of October, to day is the 17th every now i call them im told the money has been processed and i will recive it in the next 24/72 hours it has been 12 days. their service sucks and they do have best interest for their client , they just want our money.So much inconvience
