Bad customer service from Lerato DSTV live chart
I have was communicating with a lady called Lerato on DSTV life chart on the 07th September 2020, she refused to disconnect my package cause my Tv is not working, she told me that i must wait for my payment date, DSTV only disconnect and downgrade on your payment date, but it not the 1st time communicated with DSTV to disconnect my decoder, i think it's time to buy data and wach tv online.
