Bad customer service

I orded a router at Dstv and I was told the reason my router was not delivered is because my address was incorrect I went to livechat and spoke to two Agent name are Masande Maxwele who advised the address was updated. I spoke to another agent name: Yonela Mangwana who also said the address was incorrect will escalate for the correct delivery address. Which she only did the day after according to the agent I spoke to next : Sinazo Mpangele, who keeps telling me the address is incorrect instead of finding out or assisting with getting the address corrected on their system to have the router delivered. He was taking long to answer and not being friendly and assisting. This company has really given me a bad review of themselves for something I've already paid for.
