Bad customer service everticket
DSTV eden terace, i was assisted by a consultant by the name of papallo, i was soo disappointed on hee service, she was sooo rude

13 Feb 2021, 13:12Thanks to DSTV team for resolving my issue ASAP, i really appreciate the effort you've put, i just received my new decoder and its working perfectly .. i wish a strong message was send to all the consultant not to treat any customer bad as we expect the best from them as they knoq better than us.... keep the good job ....
