Bad customer service

I am so angry what the service DSTV people are giving us, my package was changed without my permission, I was given an amount to pay..aftrr paying i am told to pay extra. I provide proof that a consultant gave me an amount, they just disregard me like I am not saying anything and all they could say is " you have to pay" Do mutichoice think we take our money from the tree?
