Bad Customer service

We have been with DSTV for over 20 years, loyal customers. Recently found out that they provide pensioners discount, however only if you request it. This is even though they have your ID number and can clearly see that you are a pensioner. So, we sent email to request this discount, however NO one actually responded or acknowledged our request.
