Bad customer service

Poor customer service over and over, so doesn't dstv give grace days anymore? I was supposed to pay yesterday and I forgot but when I woke up to make the payment today I find that subscription has been suspended. Like not even 12 hours. Mind you I didn't even get a reminder sms or email like they use to. I cannot afford to add R50 to reconnect. Another thing I have been requesting for a payment date change from them for months now without any contact or feedback.
