Bad customer service

Bad customer service from DStv Maponya Mall, they make us wait for like 3 hours in a que not explaining why they taking customers who are paying their accounts. They ignore us who came for technical support, I know it's lockdown but I don't like such customers service no more DStv products...

Regardless how long my query can take you can't tell me paying for a DStv account takes a short time, does that mean if I've a techincal problem I've to wait the whole day?
After buying your explora you guys make us feel less important as your customers.
