Bad customer service

Poor Service from customer care agent and no assistance from customer care agent, i contacted dstv for the past 2weeks regarding my account, however the no one was able to assist me regarding this, including the self service which is not user friendly. The agent kept screaming at me to listen to her she i explained to her that what she's explaining does not make sense to me. I am unhappy with the service therefore might consider canceling their services.
