Bad customer service.

I was just on a call with DSTV Funeral regarding my uncle's DSTV subscription that was suspended because of DStv Funeral Cover, DStv Subscription Waiver that was activated without his consent. My uncle, Bernard Kgaje had to walk from his house to my house to ask me to help him with calling the DSTV funeral department. Upon calling, the call was answered by some rude consultant by the name of Siluleko Mchunu. The guy was very rude he doesn't give us a chance to speak he just wants us to listen to him talking. When it's our turn to speak he just speak over us and tell US to listen before we could even finish asking questions. He needs to be trained more on telephone etiquette and how to speak to customers.
