bad customer service

I have internet contract with them this month I'm still waiting for data allocation and worse part is that they over charged me last month and i paid for data and i have not yet received i called them they all make empty promises worse some of their staff members are professional i have been sent from pillar to post with no held at this point i want to cancel my subscription and i want my refund cause i cannot pay for something that i cannot use multichoice is useless
