Bad customer service

On the 19/09/23 I called dstv multi choice becasue I had a problem with PVR, then the lady assisted me and reset my dstv to factory fault and after she directed me to installation wizard and now my dstv is stuck on installation wizard and when I call again to get assisted I am told that I need to go to the walking centre so they can help me with my dstv , and now is a big conviniance to me , the lady before she helped me she was supose to advise me about this and worse I won’t have time to go to walking centre so that this dstv issue to be resolved now , I can’t watch Dstv and I will have to waste petrol and my time to go Dstv walking centre 😩 this is *********** I must say
