Bad customer service by chats agents

Unprofessional chats agents .I have ordered dstv internet on the 19th with Lerato everything was approved as per our chat and I gave address to deliver and even confirm at the end of chat but she put th wrong address and when I follow up with Phaphama he promised that the address was chat and the delivery will be done within 7days .when I do my follow up with other agent by the name of Kgaugelo she also came with her story and again today I chat to sanelisiwe she told me there is no order on her side its not approved yet.so I am confused because I got sms from ram on the 22th for the delivery. So u feel unvalued by multichoice not sure it's because it's contract and they feel like they won't yake me serious because I will be paying monthly but after all I will be paying .I am still waiting and now it's 3rd week not sure if their aim is to deliver when my pay date is clòe which is the 15th so that I can pay before I use.
