Bad Customer Service

This Multichoice thing will be the end of us no wonder people are cancelling they are so bad. I have been trying to downgrade my package telephonically and every time they accept but come month end the amount that I am suppose to pay do not change they keep on charging me the same amount worse of it all they reduce the channels not amount.

This company is very bad with customer service
